This week we are featuring a common question:
Question: What happens if your property fails a lead test?
Answer: The EPA has defined the allowable ranges of lead (in micrograms per sq foot) which is utilized by the Norristown Health Department as the means of determining if your rental property passes or fails.
If your test results are greater than the allowable ranges, we will advise you what area of the house requires remediation (which is fairly simple) and then come back to retest the property.
